A trained team packs a typical three-bedroom home in a single day, usually the day before your move. Larger residences or homes with extensive fragile collections are scheduled across two days so nothing is rushed.
Can I pack some things myself and leave the rest to you?
Of course. Partial packing is one of our most popular options — most clients hand us the kitchen, glassware, art and mirrors, and pack clothing and personal items themselves. We’ll supply materials for the rooms you keep.
Are packing materials included in the price?
Yes. Quotations for our packing service include all materials — double-walled cartons, tissue, bubble laminate, garment boxes, tape and labels. There is no per-box metering or surprise materials charge afterwards.
Does professional packing affect insurance cover?
Significantly. Goods packed by our teams enjoy full Goods-in-Transit cover, whereas owner-packed cartons are typically covered only for major incident, not breakage within the box. If items matter, professional packing protects both them and your claim.
Do you unpack everything at the new home?
As much or as little as you wish. Full unpacking puts contents into cupboards and shelves to your direction, beds assembled and made, and all debris removed the same day. Many clients choose kitchen-and-bedrooms unpacking so the home functions immediately.
