Relocation Masters exists for clients who believe a move should be managed like everything else that matters — with precision, discretion and a single accountable hand.

Our Story

Relocation Masters was founded in Johannesburg more than a decade ago on a simple observation: the moving industry treated every client the same — and that was precisely the problem. A family entrusting a company with everything they own, an executive relocating between cities, a business moving its operations — none of these are commodity transactions. Yet the industry offered commodity service: casual crews, vague timelines, shared loads and shrugged shoulders when something arrived broken.

We built the opposite. A relocation company with permanent, trained, uniformed teams. A dedicated relocation manager on every move. Fixed quotations honoured to the rand, dates honoured to the day, and a written promise that has anchored us from the first move to the thousands since: your possessions arrive as they left — and if anything is ever not right, we make it right.

Today Relocation Masters is the premium relocation brand of the Careful Group, serving homeowners, executives, corporates and institutions across Johannesburg, Pretoria and the wider Gauteng province — and moving households to every corner of South Africa.

Why We’re Different From Standard Movers

Most moving companies sell trucks and muscle. We sell certainty. The difference shows in the details: a relocation manager who has walked your home before moving day and knows the piano is a 1920s Bechstein; packing teams who bring acid-free tissue because newsprint stains; crews who lay floor protection in your lobby before the first carton moves; an inventory you sign — and we honour — at both ends of the journey.

It also shows in what we refuse to do. We don’t quote low and revise on the day. We don’t pool your household with strangers’ goods unless you choose a shared load with full information.
